Tyler Truss acquires McGuire Scenic

Tyler Truss Systems, a leading manufacturer of truss structures and systems for the live event and entertainment industry, has acquired McGuire Scenic.  McGuire Scenic provides a wide range of scenic fabricating and rental services supporting similar live events and entertainment industries.  Both companies are based in central Indiana.
